Wi-Fi Home Cam Twist

Subject: Software Sitecom WiFi Home Cams not functioning anymore per 31-1-2018.

Dear customer,

Beyond our circle of influence the 3rd party software platform company of our WiFi Home Cams (WLC-1000, WLC-2000, WLC-3000, WLC-4000) has went bankrupt. As a result of this bankruptcy the WiFi Home Cams and MyCam app for iOS and Android will definitively not work anymore effective January 31st 2018. From this date on the MyCam App will also not be available anymore in the App Store / Google Play Store.

Although we deeply regret this bankruptcy, we’re currently exploring opportunities to switch our WiFi Home Cams to another software platform company. Since we don’t have a clear timeline for this new software platform yet, our policy for the WiFi Home Cams till further notice is:

- In case you bought the product within two years from today, you can claim your warranty at your point of sale in combination with the original receipt.

- In case you bought the product longer than two years ago from today, a settlement can be offered via Sitecom Learning Centre (contact) directly. Also for this settlement the original receipt is required.
